To mark National Walking Month we’re suggesting that you join us in the #Try20 challenge by taking a 20-minute walk every day throughout May. Walking offers a whole host of health benefits such as helping you lose weight, boosting vitamin D and energy levels, and helping to reduce stress and anxiety. Don’t think that walking is very exciting? Think again. With so many different walking styles to choose from it needn’t ever get dull.
